I have been shopping at this store since the very first day that it opened. I love the store for the modern and sleek layout but I return to the store because of Budtenders like Valenteen. Since my time shopping at Authentic I have been helped by hundreds of budtenders but Valenteen has a level of customer service that simply cant be beat. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the products and always gives wonderful advice. I can't speak highly enough about Val, she is a great budtender and a wonderful person! Employees like Valenteen are what make Authentic 209 great!!

All the staff I’ve interacted with have all been extremely helpful and patient. The last time I went in Dakota helped me and she was fantastic. Very sweet and answered all my questions for me. Overall great experience and why I keep coming back.

This is a big, wonderful dispensary. All staff members are helpful and friendly, and the products are pure fire. This place is well stocked, and you'll be able to find something at all price levels. I like that there is security there, and the store is up to date and well kept. Give them a try if you're in the area!

I absolutely L❤️VE this place. I started coming here because it was close to home, but 3 years later I am still loyal. The staff is always BEYOND friendly (no matter what time of day) and a few of them even remember me and my fiancé when we come in. Michelle rocks and is very knowledgeable and helps us find exactly what we need for our days, and ALWAYS has a smile on her face. I recommend this “hidden gem” to any of my friends that smoke, and let them know when they have the good deals going on throughout the week. 10 out of 5 stars to you all ⭐️

This cannabis stores is pretty idiotic because they’re mandating what peoples could wear inside the store when it comes to wearing warm clothing like hoodies, but everybody could wear a beanie Scully which is like a poo Shystie mask or a new era, baseball hat, but wearing a hoodie is some type of crime against their policy. What a joke.

This place is cool since they carry mostly Stiizy, they also have inexpensive shatter and wax for really good prices like $9-$11 grams. They also sell Stiizy merch but beware you are NOT allowed to browse only look at them from afar or you will get in trouble by security. And might as well leave after that because if you wait in line the budtender will rudely ask for your ID and leave a note in their system so when you come back the next time they have to give you a "warning" because the weirdo budtender said that you were being rude.

Authentic is a STiiiZY dispo, and I don't think a lot of people know that! If you're a STiiiZY fan, this place will blow your mind. They do carry products from other brands as well and the prices are exceptionally good, especially for STiiiZY. Highly recommend.
